Have you asked for feedback recently? Loyal clients keep returning due to exceptional customer service. How are your clients feeling? What is working? What can you do better to help better assist them? It’s important to check in with them! Without our clients, we don’t have a business.
Staff Check-In / Performance Reviews
Just like loyal customers, it’s very important to keep your staff happy, educated, and up to date as to what is going on in your industry. Now is a great time to check in with them, to ask for feedback, and to give feedback in return. Checking in with your staff is a great way to show them that they are valued. appreciation and growth opportunities are invaluable to the engagement of your team and by extension the success of your business, sometimes people don’t know what they’re doing wrong (or right) unless you tell them. Have you done performance review for 2023 yet? Now is the time! Is there any additional training your staff need to partake in? It is a great time to sign them up!
Contract Review
When was the last time you read your unanimous shareholder agreement, or flipped through your minute book? Are they up to date, do they still reflect your business?
Resource Check
Do you have the resources you need to meet your goals in the next quarter? The right team members, technology, vendors, and inventory? It’s important to stay on top of things so you don’t get to the point of things falling through the cracks.
Anything You May Have Procrastinated
Is there anything from last quarter, or year, where you said “It’s okay, I’ll do it in the new year!” Now is the time to get on top of those things and streamline the process!
Review Financials
Evaluate your financials from the last year and see where you think there are any areas of over or underspending. Budgeting is very important and a major key in keeping your finances in line.
